Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Milagro Turquoise & Co. gift boxes and secure them in a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
